Agapi Kotsyfa holds a Master’s Degree in Translation (University of Strasbourg, France), a Diploma in Conference Interpreting (H. Dalambira), and a Diploma in Translating Art and the Artists (EKEMEL). Although she started her career as a teacher of Financial Translation (English & Greek) in the European Educational Organization (Athens), Agapi has been working full-time as a freelance interpreter and translator since 2000. To this day, she has interpreted in more than 300 conferences and translated countless documents from and into English, French, Greek, and Italian. Her expertise covers a broad range of topics including advertising, arts, the environment, legal issues, market research, medicine and pharmaceuticals, politics, security, social issues, sports, technical projects, and tourism. Her primary fields of specialization are the automotive industry and medicine. She is an adjunct faculty member and teaches in the MAT program.
