Konstantinos Papapanagiotiou holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Information Security from the University of Athens, and a M.Sc. in Information Security with distinction from Royal Holloway. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of information security both as a corporate consultant and as a researcher. He has served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Athens and University of Piraeus. Dr. Papapanagiotou is also leading the OWASP Greek Chapter and is an ISACA Cybersecurity Nexus Liaison for Greece. He is an adjunct faculty member and teaches in the BSIT and MSIT programs.
His research interests include application security, trust and reputation-based security, steganography.
