Lucena Gonzalez, Eduardo

Eduardo Lucena Gonzalez graduated from the Hispanic Literature Department of the University of Cordoba (Spain). He received a scholarship for the University of Tours (France) where he studied French Literature, Translation and Cinematography. He worked as a Spanish teacher in France; since 2007 he has been teaching Spanish, Hispanic Literature and Theatre in Greece. His theater amateur group is the only in Athens which plays are performed exclusively in Spanish. His lectures on Hispanic Literature are part of LEA Festival (Literatura en Atenas) since 2008. He also translates poetry and novels from Greek to Spanish, and organizes workshops addressed to Greek translators. He collaborates with the ΚΠΓ (National Language Certificate) exams, as a speaker, researcher and corrector. Since 2014, he is an adjunct faculty member and teaches at Hellenic American College in the General Education Program.
