Student Services
The University supports students in their academic and personal development through a broad array of academic services and co-curricular experiences. These include formal academic support services such as student mentoring and advising, academic tutoring, and help with academic writing and library research, as well as personal and professional services such as clinical counseling and career development.
These services are complemented by a broad range of co-curricular activities to enrich learning, foster communication and leadership skills and enhance student employability. These activities are designed to expose students to the breadth of professional opportunities in their chosen area of studies and help them acquire a sense of what it is like to work in the field. These experiences have recently included student participation in EU-funded research projects, field placements with social service charities, and pro bono interpreting opportunities at NGOs.
