Vos Fellman, Philip

Philip Vos Fellman is a graduate of the Yale School of Management and Cornell University. He is the author of over 150 publications in approximately eight fields, including international business and finance, applied mathematics, and quantum physics. Dr. Fellman is a well-known speaker on the subject of modeling terrorist networks and has addressed NATO, The Military Applications Society of INFORMS, The International Association of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the Academy of International Business, The North American Association for Computation in the Social and Organizational Sciences and several International Conferences on Complex Systems. He is a sometime member of the Academy of International Business and an active member of the New England Complex Systems Institute where in conjunction with Dr. Yaneer Bar-Yam (NECSI president), he completed a volume for Springer Verlag on using the tools of complex adaptive systems research to counter terrorism, insurgency, ethnic and regional violence. He was recently appointed as Special Advisor for Counter-terrorism to InterPortPolice (the International Association of Airport and Seaport Police.)
