Stephen Bacigal is an Assistant Professor and the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at Hellenic American University. A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. in the City and Social Change) and Harvard University (M.Div.), he has taught English for academic and professional purposes in higher and continuing education settings, including King’s College (London), the National School of Public Administration, and Hellenic American Union, where he designed and led seminars in digital content writing and business communication. Mr. Bacigal teaches in the University's BAELL, General Education, and Business programs.
