Konstantinos Pazalos joined HAU in 2012. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus (GR), an MSc in IT Management and Organizational Change from Lancaster University (UK), and a PhD in Information System Management from the University of the Aegean (GR). He has published more than 20 original works in internationally recognized academic journals (Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Telematics and Informatics, International Journal of Operational Research, etc) and conferences (ECIS, MCIS EMCIS,PCI, etc) for which he has received numerous citations. He has taught in the areas of Strategy, Management and Enterprise Applications. His research interests include Intelligent Information Systems, Enterprise Performance Management, IT Business Value and Customer Value Measurement. He has worked for more than 10 years in the private sector holding project management and director positions in US public listed organizations. At the moment, he is leading the technology team in the Greek branch of one of the largest consulting organizations globally.
