Stephanopoulos, Evangelos

Evangelos Stephanopoulos is a Clinical Psychologist and Adjunct Instructor in Psychology. He previously worked as a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of Lincoln (UK), where he taught across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, coordinated modules, supervised research projects, and contributed to curriculum and assessment development. Alongside his academic work, Dr Stephanopoulos has extensive clinical experience across public, private, and third-sector services in Greece and the UK. His clinical work includes psychological assessment, formulation, psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and service development, with particular interests in neurodiversity, trauma, and evidence-based psychological interventions. His teaching and academic interests include psychopathology, psychological assessment and psychometrics, research methods, psychological formulation, CBT, ACT, EMDR, integrative psychotherapy, mechanisms of therapeutic change, and the integration of research evidence with clinical practice. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department at Hellenic American University.
