Vasia Christoulaki is a service designer at GRNET, a semi- public organization under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Digital Governance. She holds a Master of Arts in Design Management from Staffordshire University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Product & Systems Design Engineering. Her academic background and professional experience focus on embedding a design-led, co-creative approach in organizations. In the context of the projects that she has been involved in, Vasia has led user research activities and designed co-creation tools for non-designers, and has co-designed, prototyped, and tested (with end-users and internal stakeholders) new products and services, many of which have been launched in Europe. Among the organizations she has collaborated with in the past are Deutsche Telekom HQ, Vodafone Europe, Municipality of Athens, the National Organization Against Drugs (O.KA.NA), and the international N.G.O. Ashoka. Vasia teaches in the business programs at Hellenic American University.
Eleni Drogari is a researcher, writer, choreographer, and interdisciplinary program designer. Her teaching focuses on collaboration, emotional intelligence, arts integration, and alternative approaches to learning. She holds a double BA in History and Dance from Oberlin College (Ohio, US), an MA in Dance and Dance Education from Teachers College, Columbia University (New York, US), and a PhD in Dance Studies from Roehampton University (London, UK). Eleni has created and directed the BA in Dance at the University of Nicosia. She also founded Orchesis Center for Dance and Movement in NYC, designed to foster innovative movement work and bridge ethnic boundaries. She has been a guest lecturer at Brooklyn College (New York City), Oberlin College (Ohio, US), Neapolis University (Paphos, Cyprus) and, and most recently, HAU (Athens, Greece). Eleni has also presented her movement research at several conferences on topics including the Mediterranean woman, sociopolitical identity, and performance as research. She is currently an adjunct faculty member of the Business department.
Thomina Voziki is a Learning Experience Designer and Business Consultant at Krataion Consulting. She holds a bachelor’s in Education. and an MSc in Technology Education and e-Learning from University of Piraeus. She designs and delivers large-scale business training programs for multinational companies, SMBs, and the public sector with a specialization in customer experience and design thinking. Thomina worked for 3 years at OTEAcademy designing L&D programs and facilitating face-to-face and virtual classes in soft skills training. She is a certified non-formal education Trainer of Adults by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance, and a certified practitioner of Enterprise Design Thinking by IBM. She is a mentor in Women on Top and a Board member of the Diversity Advancement Committee in the global association CXPA. She is an advocate of women’s empowerment, and a Gold Tier facilitator of the global Google initiative #IamRemarkable. She teaches in the Business Program at the Hellenic American University.
Evita Psoni is an academic researcher and career counselor. She has extensive experience as a freelancer and employee in organizations in the telecommunications, banking, and hospitality sectors, and in music, vocational training, and private higher education. Her research has been published in international journals and presented at conferences. She is a peer reviewer and a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Learning and Change. She has studied International Economics, Human Resources, Communications and Management, Pedagogy, Special Education, Adult Training and Music in the Athens University of Economics and Business, Deree College, and elsewhere. She is currently a PhD candidate at Athens University of Economics and Business completing a dissertation on leadership. She is active in volunteer work, having been president and co-founder of several NGOs, such as Beyond Orbit. Evita is an adjunct faculty member at Hellenic American University, where she teaches in the BSBA program.
George Pappas is a Ph.D. candidate in mathematical physics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He specializes in the vast area of conformal field theories, integrable systems and D-branes. He received his bachelor degree in Physics from the NKUA and his master's degree in theoretical physics from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has published several papers and participated in numerous international conferences. George is an adjunct faculty member and teaches in the Engineering & IT department.
