Juanita Jackson holds an MBA Degree in Business Management, and is currently pursuing her PhD.in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Diversity Studies and Social Change at Walden University. As an adjunct professor, she teaches in the MBA program for Hellenic American University both on campus and and online via e-learning. Juanita also serves as a Capstone Advisor to students as well.
Ioannis K. Gatzoflias earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in Essex, an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Stirling University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Stirling University. The area of his research was financial innovation in the Banking sector in the UK and US. He worked as Head of Banking Trends in the Departments of Strategic Planning and Strategic Analysis of Egnatia Bank (2001-2005) and Deputy Chief Financial Officer in Emporiki Credicom Bank (2009-2010). He was an ad hoc consultant for Clayton Euro Risk for projects in the banking sector (2013-2018). Since 2010, he serves as Chief Financial Officer of Electronet S.A and on July 2022 promoted to Deputy CEO. Since 2002, he is teaching in distance-learning graduate programs of British universities in the fields of Economics, Finance, Accounting and Banking. He is an adjunct faculty member and teaches in the BSBA and MBA programs of HAU since 2007 and from 2021 is an Assistant Professor.
Paul Emmanuelides received his PhD in Business Administration from the Business School of the University of Southern California, Department of Management & Organization. He then worked as a Professor of Strategic Management at the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan, Italy teaching Strategic Management courses at the graduate, PhD and executive level. His main teaching, research and consulting interests include Strategic Management, Organizational Change, Management of Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. In parallel to his academic work, Dr Emmanuelides has extensive direct industry experience being the founder and main shareholder of Craft Breweries, the first Greek microbrewery.
Dimitris Colettis received a B.A in Economics and a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of La Verne, California where he also earned an M.B.A. His undergraduate academic awards include an Outstanding Student Award, and he is included in “Who is Who Among the Best Students in American Universities and Colleges.” He has worked in multinational companies and since 1993 served in a variety of managerial roles and positions in the Greek financial industry. His expertise is in Financial Planning. Dimitris Colettis has been active in consulting for a number of firms, organized and delivered business seminars and has been a contributor and moderator at the Institute of Insurance Studies. He has authored articles published in various journals and magazines. He teaches business courses at Hellenic American University.
Monika Bissell received her Doctorate of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Bissell has been a full-time business faculty member at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH, and at Daniel Webster College, Nashua, NH, where she was also the Dean of Distance Education. Dr. Bissell served in the appointed position of Director of the Bureau of Education and Training for the State of New Hampshire, where she oversaw the organizational development function for the State of New Hampshire. She is currently the Associate Vice President for Distance Education and Professional Studies at Rivier University in Nashua, NH. Dr. Bissell has a 20-year history in education, where she has developed a strong background in student advocacy and support. She has extensive experience in distance education, academic program development and assessment, strategic planning, managerial consulting, and higher education administration.
